I just want to ask about your insight about "how to deeply understand ACI code "
That is a very comprehensive question. So.. I know it is maybe rude...but I can't stand the desire for better knowledge... Not just memorizing, but with understanding..
It doesn't have to be a specific answer. Just a few hints would be very helpful to me.
I would suggest to work as an assistant to a senior Engineer who has a thorough knowledge about the ACI code. Revising the text book topics and university notes while working as an assistant, will help a lot to acquire good knowledge.
